Apollo is a larger male standing ~26 inches tall at the shoulder. He is a light blue. This daddy's' boy is totally devoted to my husband. He is very calm and laid back, making him an easy to handle dog despite his size.

He will do anything he is asked to by his "Daddy". Together they have taken Rally, nose work, and obedience classes. He doesn't like conformation showing and neither does his Daddy so they stopped after his U-Ch.
​
He has herding instinct but is not interested in hunting even though many of his relatives do hunt and his grandmother has earned 3 of the 4 needed passes towards her SHR (Started Hunting Retriever) title.
He and my husband will be starting Agility soon so look for updates on that adventure.
